4 of the Best Places to Grab a Sandwich in Tampa Bay

Sooo, if you are not feeling a Pub sub today and need some inspiration on where you can find a local shop to cure your sandwich craving, we are sharing our top four must-try places to get one right here in Tampa Bay!

And, since half our team is based in Tampa Bay, we are experts in this category! So, read on (but warning, this might make you immediately hungry)

Fat Beet Farms

This is a sweet little shop that packs a lot of big flavors. While they have AMAZING baked foods and ready-to-bake take-home meals that often steal the show when you walk in, you have to stop by for lunch and grab one of their sammies. My favorites are the power chicken sandwich and the French dip. It's located in Oldsmar, and yes, it's absolutely worth the drive over.

La Segunda Bakery

Not only if this a little piece of history, but their shops are located all across Tampa Bay so they are easy to find near you! If you love a Cuban sandwich, this is the place to go. They have authentic Cuban bread that is still made in-house, and omg does it make all the difference.

The Sourdough Co

Coffee, baked goods, and sandwiches — the sourdough co has it all. Of course, the bread is so good, that you could literally put cardboard between it, but they fill it up with all kinds of tasty ingredients. My all-time favorite is the Chicken Bacon Ranch, but they have plenty of options to choose from and you can grab a matcha on your way out from their cute coffee bar for a walk down Central Ave.

Mazzaro's Market

If you haven't been to Mazzaro's yet, it's a whole experience! This is an entire Italian market, with a coffee and sandwich station in the middle. While they have everything from cheese to wine, to homemade noodles that everyone talks about — I feel like their sandwiches don't get the love they deserve. They have just about every sandwich you could dream of, but the Grilled Caprese is my go-to. If you can find a parking spot, you have to go in and grab a sammie!
